How can I request a refund?
To return your item, please email us at info@basic-pets.com
Items must be in new condition. If the item is not in new condition, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
Who pays the costs for returns?
If the customer changes his mind within 14 days after delivery of the order, the customer will pay the return shipping costs.
Who pays the costs if my order is delivered damaged?
If the customer has received a damaged product, we will send a new product free of charge. Each customer has a 1-year warranty, so this does not have to be within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
